Our static guards work under the direction of our management team but we encourage our guards to interact with our customers daily to provide a fully bespoke and personalised service ensuring that all customer requirements are carried out to the highest of standards.
MOBILE RESPONSE & KEY HOLDING
Our cost-effective Mobile Security Officers, key holding, Security Response and Alarm Response solutions give you peace of mind by ensuring that a rapid and effective security response is in place.
We understand how important it is that your property is properly protected, therefore, we always respond to any alarm as quickly as possible. With our 24/7-control room, mobile security officers are deployed to attend activated alarms as soon as possible.
Recognising visibility is paramount, so when our mobile security officer arrives on-site each day they will be fully uniformed and in a marked patrol vehicle. AFM Security warning security signs are also put up around your premises to provide a visible deterrent when we’re not present. We can also offer you internal mobile patrols, where the mobile security supervisor will be permitted to enter your premises with their own set of keys in order to patrol your building as well as its outdoor perimeter. This will ensure all fixtures including windows and doors are locked to deter from crime for complete peace of mind once you have left work for the day.
Our bespoke security plans for all our customers covering a wide range of requirements. For example some of our customers require our officers to open and close buildings including turning all lights and heating on and off as well as making sure the premises is secure.
Car Parking and Traffic Management
We will direct your customers to a car parking space quickly and efficiently. All staff are easily identified by their uniform and will endeavour to assist visitors with any questions they may have. Prior to your event we can prepare the site and layout the car parks logically, with row markers to define all areas.
We can provide full external signing, variable messaging signs, stop/go operations, 2 way or multi-phase traffic light services, permanent traffic light control, road closures, lane closures, and temporary barrier systems from water filled barriers to pedestrian management systems for any event, and experienced in event traffic management, briefed clearly about the event, uniform compliant and radio linked.
